General Rules

The Rules of Return Policy is actually very straight forward.

  • Item must not be open from its original packaging,
  • Item Return has to be within 30 days when receiving,
  • Item if labeled no warranty, it is the buyer or purchaser risk, due to the reason seller might not have any overseas branch or outlet support.
  • If item is not according to the purchase description, it has a valid reason for return, keep the packaging intact as delivered. Contact seller immediately for return.

Return by Mail

Item(s) return by Mail has to be within 30 days of delivery. Please provide and include purchase invoice, payment slip and the return item when returning to seller, seller will not / shall not charge any postage charges to the buyer or purchaser.

Mailing agent : FEDEX, DHL, Local Parcel Service, Etc

Return in Store

Item(s) can be returned to store within reach and within buyer or purchaser’s discretion . Or Buyer / Purchaser could request a pickup from seller within the country




Exchanging item(s), has to be made within 14 days of delivery, exchanged item should be of the same market value, if item exchanged value is more than the item being exchange, buyer or purchaser have to top up the amount.

Or buyer return the item, made a refund request and get the other products.


Refunding item(s), has to be made within 14 days of purchase, you have to inform seller and support ( admin@globalsocialstore.com ) .

Return the Item(s) in unopen conditions / Do not unwrap from its shipping packaging , payment invoice, payment receipt.

Refunds will then be made within 3-5 working days via paypal or direct transfer to the buyer/purchaser bank account.
